If you are unhappy with your merchandise, we will gladly accept a return under the following conditions. Prior to return, all merchandise requires a return authorization from Your Dispenser Part Store. To acquire a return authorization, please contact us at KCP@epiinc.com and include your name, original order number, items you would like to return and e-mail address for return correspondence. The provided return authorization code must be labeled on the outside of the box when shipped back to us. If the material is damaged, Your Dispenser Part Store will cover the return shipping fee. If you are returning for other reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. All unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the shipper. Questions or comments? In the event of a damaged item, you must contact Your Dispenser Part Store within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original paperwork and packaging for your claim. Please contact Customer Service immediately to report the problem at KCP@epiinc.com and include your name, original order number, items that sustained damage and e-mail address for return correspondence. We will initiate the claim with the carrier.
